Shipping, returns and cancellation policy
The following conditions refer to any purchases made on mikaandme.com.au
Shipping
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. Mika&Me ships Australia wide. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship internationally. Shipping times depend on your location in Australia and domestic travel delivery time set by Australia Post. Standard and express delivery is available on all orders. Free shipping is available for any order over $100.
Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provided. If an order is returned doe to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.
Postage costs associated with the return of products are at the sole responsibility of the customer. The exception to this is where Mika&Me has deemed the product to be faulty. In this instance Mika&Me will send a return label to the customer. The return must be completed within 7 days of receipt of the return label.
Change of mind returns
No change of mind returns due to the personal nature of Mika&Me products.
Faulty product returns
A faulty product is defined as one which has arrived to the customer damaged. If a customer receives a faulty product, Mika&Me will refund the customer the value of the faulty product/s following the return of these products to Mika&Me. Return requests will be handled in accordance with Australian consumer law provisions.
Product returns procedure
Please contact us here stating the order number (which can be found in you order confirmation email), the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. If ‘faulty product’ please include description of the fault and pictures if possible. Our customer care team will be in touch to organise the next steps.
Cancellations:
We process orders as soon as they come in thus the cancellation window is very narrow. If you wish to make changes or cancel an order please contact us here immediately upon placing the order. Once an order has been processed/shipped no changes can be made to the order. Please follow the procedures listed under 'product returns procedure' to make a return.
